We provide in-person services in Northern VA (Arlington, Alexandria, & surrounding areas), Washington DC, and MD. Depending on your location, we may have Care Team Members available to assist you. Virtual support can be provided anywhere!

Once a service is purchased, it is non-refundable. However, we are happy to transfer the remaining value to another service that is more beneficial to you.

Absolutely! We are happy to discuss your needs and come up with a plan together. We are available to meet however you are most comfortable- via phone, Zoom, or in person.

In-person overnight support includes complete newborn care- feeding, diapering, swaddling, soothing back to sleep, & monitoring your baby. We can assist with feeding (breast or bottle), provide newborn education, and be the ultimate resource for your family. We will provide you with a log of all feeds, diapers, and sleep patterns during our shift. We will take care of everything related to baby so you are able to get uninterrupted sleep!

We can assist with routine breastfeeding sessions, if needed. If you are having breastfeeding challenges, we can help find the proper support needed from a lactation specialist. The Care Team Member will also care for your baby before and after feeding to ensure you get as much rest as possible!

We are happy to setup a time to talk beforehand and answer any questions you may have. Our Newborn Care Specialists, Postpartum Doulas, Certified Nursing Assistants, and Registered Nurses have received evidenced-based training and are insured. Our RN’s are credentialed by their state’s Board of Nursing. We can provide you with copies of their certifications upon request. We hope to build a trusting relationship and become an extension of your family!
