Pediatric Sleep Training
We offer a virtual one-week or two-week sleep training package for babies (3mo+), toddlers, and preschoolers with a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. The package includes a customized sleep plan based on your child’s specific sleep challenges, an initial 60-minute call to make sure you understand the plan, how to implement it and answer any questions before we get started. We will work together for one or two weeks with daily text/email support and conclude with a wrap-up call. The goal is that your child is learning how to put themselves to sleep and back to sleep independently. When your child sleeps well, that means YOU sleep well too! Let us help your family get the high quality, restorative sleep you need!

Newborn Sleep Shaping
The initial newborn phase can be difficult to navigate, especially when it comes to sleep. We offer a virtual sleep shaping consult for newborns (0-3mo) with a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. Although formal sleep training isn’t recommended until 3-months-old, there are many ways to help set your newborn up for success as they grow. This consult includes a 45-minute call to discuss a healthy sleep foundation, ideal sleep environments, loose routines, tips for soothing baby, how to tackle naps & overnight sleep, and more. A quick Newborn Reference Guide and Sleep Chart are included. There’s no better time to start implementing a great sleep foundation!

Postpartum Support & Newborn Care
Let our Care Team Members care for your baby while you get the much-needed rest you need and deserve! We offer 6-12 hour shifts depending on your family’s needs. We keep a baby care log for you during our shift to record baby’s feeds, diapers, sleep patterns, and any other relevant information. Is your baby having issues with reflux? Need to be held upright after feeds? Colic? No problem! Let us take care of your little love while you rest!

NICU Graduate Care
We completely understand how overwhelming it can be to bring your baby home from the NICU. We are here for your family to help ease that transition. Let us provide that extra comfort with our postpartum support & newborn care services so you can rest without worry knowing that a NICU Certified Nursing Assistant or Registered Nurse is caring for your baby.

“Ask Me Anything”
We offer a 45-minute “Ask Me Anything” (AMA) call that is perfect for families with children who are already independent sleepers but need to troubleshoot a specific issue. An AMA call is not intended for full sleep training support and does not include a sleep plan.
An AMA call is also available with a Neonatal Registered Nurse for new or expecting parents to provide newborn education and answer questions about newborn care, diaper rashes, circumcision care, bathing, breast & bottle feeding, pumping, jaundice, reflux, colic, sleep patterns, safe sleep, & more!
